Choosing CWT as your travel agent

If you are interested in our services, you can contact our Sales department. Depending on your travel volume we advise you of the possiblities. For companies with a total spend of maximum 500.000 euro on travel we offer our product Corporate Elite and/or our online booking tool CWT Connect Express. For the higher segment of national and international companies we advise the expertise of our Program Management department, but you can also choose for a more advanced online booking tool, called CWT Connect Business.

 

Before your trip

When you have to go on a trip, you call or send an e-mail to the CWT office that you were assigned to. After you tell us your travel destination, our employees will advise you about the best options in transportation and accommodation. If you need vaccinations or a visa, they will advise you about that as well. You can also get a travel and cancellation insurance and get information about parking at Schiphol Airport, or even reserve ataxi to the airport, even when you’re departing from another airport than Schiphol.

 

Once your ticket is booked you will receive an e-mail with your travel confirmation and your e-ticket. Do you need to make changes to your reservation before your trip, within office hours? In that case you can call your CWT office. Outside office hours you can call with our Service Desk  (Landelijke Service Telefoon/LST).

On your trip

In case you need to make changes to your travel itinerary during your trip, you can contact your CWT office (within office hours), or the 24-hours service (outside office hours). When you experience serious delay or cancellation of your airplane, in most cases you are entitled to a compensation from the airline. Read the page Air Passenger Rights for more information and calculate whether you are entitled to a compensation with the calculator .

 

After your trip
