True to the Swiss heritage of genuine hospitality, a circle of loyal guests enjoy staying at Swissôtel often and are rewarded for it.
Swissôtel Circle is an exclusive programme designed to recognise their most frequent guests with preferential treatments at Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts worldwide. It has three alpine-inspired tiers: Inizia, Elevà and Zenit. These categories reference the brand’s Swiss origin and are expressions from Romansh, Switzerland’s fourth official language spoken in the eastern Alps. Enrolment to Swissôtel Circle is free and effective immediately.
The first level is Inizia where a wide range of benefits become available to you, including personalised room preferences, member only promotions, and advantage awards.
After 20 nights within a 12-month period, you’ll have made it to a higher elevation: Elevà. At this level, you will enjoy select benefits such as lounge access, free breakfast, 48-hours guaranteed room availability, premier awards and more.
If you have spent 60 nights in at least two Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts within one year, you qualify for the Zenit rank. As a Zenit member you will benefit from an even wider range of privileges and rewards, such as the coveted Zenit Award.
